Throwback to last weekend when I ran the hardest 5.8 miles of my LIFE, and my van fam jumped out and ran with me for a little bit to keep me going.
Over the years, I’ve collected people who will run beside me when the hills are tough, when the road looks long and like it will never, ever level back out.
People who will laugh with me over the hills, remind me it’s okay to walk sometimes, push me when it’s time to pick up the pace and start running again, and who will wait for me at the end with water and big hugs.
One such cheerleader in my life has always been my sister, so it would figure that the people *she’s* collected are just as wonderful.
Running last weekend’s #RagnarMN with Mir and her people was amazing, even if we’ll collectively agree it was hard AF.
But hey, we can do hard things, right? Right. 💪🏻
