Did you know that Papaya has an enzyme that contributes, and aids in digestion? . Getting your summer body ready means from the inside out... . During my gut rests in the morning, I only drink lemon water, or alkaline water to charge my system... . The withdrawals from smoking has been a challenge, but my mind is strong...so I haven’t caved in. . It’s tough tough...this time around, I was prepared that the cravings would increase after I kicked the stix (cigarettes) so I increased on morning fasts. . This gut resting period has helped a lot. I’m managing, and this is an on going process...but I’m getting there. This recipe is a charger for my energy level, and a good intro to my gut after resting. . So the list has started. First up...   @copperbranchtoronto   . The owner and team are very welcoming, and also helped my indecisiveness... . There were quite a few options that I was intrigued by, not to mention super hungry! . I ended up going with the Crab Cake Burger because it was new to the menu...and also, if they pull this off, I’m definitely spreading the word! . . . This Burger is quite the Crab Imposter...you cannot tell that you are eating a Pure Vegan Crab Cake Patty...so Delish! . . 🌱Crab Cake Burger: Vegan Crab Cake Patty, Alfalfa Sprouts, Lettuce, Tomato, and an Organic Relish Tatar Sauce. . This menu is easy to skim, and choose what works for your gut. . . I often have a hard time with menus for this matter, but this was a great experience...I could have devoured a few things on this list...I will eat here again! .
